I’m assuming most of you have heard of Funko’s subscription service called Star Wars Smuggler’s Bounty, but for those who have not it’s a bi-monthly subscription where you get a Funko Pop figure, a t-shirt and other Star Wars goodies.
Just a warning, there will be spoilers, so if you haven’t opened your box yet go do that first!
This month’s theme was Cantina, and after my disappointment with the Funko DC Collector’s Box having a damage Pop I was crossing my fingers that the Star Wars one would be good. That being said it was awesome!
As usual it came with a patch and a high quality pin, but of course it was Cantina themed. I’m starting to build up quite a collection of patches from the three Funko subscription boxes, so down the road when I get enough of them I plan on sewing them on something, and making a post out of it. I was pleased to see that the next item was a Funko pen, since I write a lot of notes for work. One of my favorite part of these Funko subscription is that they put a t-shirt in almost every box, and the Cartina is my favorite by miles.
I got the green and black shirt, so if any one got a different shirt let me know. I know some times they have a few different versions of the same shirt. To top it off there were two Pop figures in the bottom of the box, so that made my day. Most of the time there is only one, so I’m glad that they didn’t put a mug in the Cartina Box.
