Tonight I made two burgers from the Bob’s Burgers Cookbook.
first up; “Bet It All On Black Garlic Burger”. The black garlic had a stronger taste than I expected but overall it was still pretty good. I used grass-fed beef, so I recommend doing the same. Basically the black garlic sauce is just black garlic puréed in a food processor, mayonnaise and Sriracha Sauce. You can find black garlic at Whole Foods. Pretty simple to make. 7 out of 10.
Next up, we have the “Foot Feta-ish Burger/ Never Been Feta”. The sauce for this burger is just yellow mustard, mayonnaise and Sriracha Sauce. This was by far my favorite, so if you make one of these two, make this one. 10 out of 10.
